Factor provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all its products against defects in materials or workmanship.
Unwarrantable
1. Damage, destruction, disassembly and unauthorized intentional modifications
2. Damage due to improper storage or battery leakage.

If your Factor Equipment product isn’t performing as you feel it was advertised, then please contact us directly at support@factorequipment.com or call 877-402-4880.
All items can reach some type of repair support. If product is damaged beyond repair, then we will work to support getting you in a replacement product. All warranty repairs or replacements are at the sole discretion of Factor Equipment and we reserve the right to refuse a request.
